GETTING THINGS DONE & MAKING STUFF HAPPEN
Chuck is our Operations Specialist working out of the Shirley, NY office and reporting to Jimmy Leach, Regional Area Manager. Wearing several hats, Chuck’s ultimate commitment is to improving the customer experience and ensuring the best in operational efficiency. Chuck is responsible for optimizing processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency. Just to name some of his daily tasks, Chuck ensures that all health and safety regulations are followed, he oversees fleet maintenance and repairs, inventory, accident and injury reporting, and training for service technicians.
Jimmy nominated Chuck to this Spotlight. Recognizing that Chuck has been part of our Paraco family for a little over ten years now, he told us “Chuck is a great guy with a solid team spirit. I consider him a valued member of our Long Island team. Over the years he’s always been there for me, has held multiple positions here, and helps out whenever and wherever needed on a supervisory level.”

As our Long Island Service Representative, Susan supports all our Long Island customers and reports to Jackie Romano, Service Office Manager. Providing each customer with gracious, professional and positive support, Susan has an unparalleled work ethic, superior communications skills and is a proven team player. With a great demeanor, knowledge base and administrative skill sets, Susan effectively provides customers with product and service information, helps them to resolve any issues and find the best solutions to their needs.
Jackie, who nominated Susan to this Spotlight told us, “I work with Sue daily and appreciate her as a coworker and a friend. She’s my right hand person who is dependable and helps make our department run smoothly and efficiently; and for that I’m extremely grateful.”
