Chris Buffington

Chris is a Service Technician supporting our Deposit, NY area and reports to Doug Tascarella, Regional Area Manager.

Chris has a Class B CDL, is a highly knowledgeable tech, and is responsible for maintaining, installing and the removal of LP propane gas appliances and tanks. He also performs tank pick-ups, safety checks, tank recertifications, tank and meter lockouts, reinstalls, and responds to gas odor calls.  Chris provides outstanding customer service while strictly adhering to our industry’s local, state and federal safety standards.

Doug told us “Chris utilizes his experience and broad industry knowledge to support both his peers and our customers.  His service capabilities and focus on new customers will help propel organic growth in our Deposit, NY location”.

Recognizing Chris’s merit to the team, Jeff Palen, General Manager – Northeast Region added, “Chris has been a valued team member of the Deposit Branch and Paraco for just shy of 12 years.  He is an experienced technician and is always willing to step up and support any of our branches within the Western NY and Pennsylvania locations.  He routinely supports in Bulk deliveries throughout the year to ensure we provide exceptional service to both our internal and external customers.  We are very lucky to have him on our team!”

Donald Hutton

Donald supports our Mount Vernon, NY facility as Dock/Yard Employee and reports to Frank Carlone, Area Manager.  Donald is an integral part of the team, supporting the facility and service operations in many ways and in all weather conditions.  He helps the team by loading the service trucks, recalibrating scales, organizing the tanks and keeping the facility clean and organized.  He also provides light vehicle maintenance, facility inspections, and fills BBQ cylinders and motor fuel.  Donald has a reputation of possessing an exemplary work ethic, enthusiasm and dedication to his work and the facility.

Frank, who nominated Donald to this Spotlight, told us what an incredibly reliable asset Donald is.  He also said, “Donald is very steady, always comes in on time, completes his work assignments and can always be counted on.  I appreciate and thank him for everything he does.”
