Adam Hurlburt

Adam, a Service Technician supporting our Cooperstown, NY location, was nominated to this month’s Spotlight by Joe Roggio, Area Manager.  Adam’s role is something to be proud of.  A qualified, hands-on professional, Adam is responsible for all things propane – setting up tanks, running lines, performing safety checks, and installing and fine-tuning propane appliances and equipment. Adam works with customers and other industry professionals to make sure all propane appliances, equipment and lines are done correctly, safely, and in accordance with all federal, state and local codes.

Joe was Adam’s manager until the recent company realignment.  Wanting to recognize Adam, Joe told us “Adam has not been with us long, however the impact that he has made within our Cooperstown footprint has been tremendous. Adam is always willing to take on a challenges and find solutions. Adam also supports our bulk division when needed. Thanks for all your hard work Adam!!!”

Jeff Palen, General Manager – Northeast Region, recognizes Adam’s contributions, sharing that “Adam has been instrumental in our success in the Cooperstown Branch.  He has worked very closely with Joe Roggio and the Inside Sales team to provide additional value and services to the customer base.  Adam’s flexibility and support in both Service and Delivery is extremely valued and appreciated!”

Isaac Downing

Isaac, a steadfast and loyal employee, works out of our Saugerties, NY location as a BBQ/Bulk driver reporting to James Laurey, North West Area Manager.  Isaac runs the area’s Bulk propane and BBQ cylinder deliveries. Possessing a commercial CDL with appropriate Hazmat and Vehicle endorsements, Isaac takes pride in his responsibilities and is dedicated to the safe, punctual, consistent and reliable deliveries, while also providing a positive customer experience and work ethic.

James asked us to nominate Isaac to this Spotlight, telling us “Isaac is one of my go-to-guys. Whenever there is a challenge, no matter the circumstance, Isaac is ready and willing to give it his all. Isaac holds a Class A license and when in need, has driven Tractor Trailers to Waterbury, CT to aid in the BBQ Season. I am very proud to have Isaac as part of MY team and the Paraco family.”

Jeff Palen, General Manager – Northeast Region added, “Isaac is a valued member of the Northeast Region and Saugerties team.  He is always willing to support in both BBQ and Bulk as needed to support our customer base.  Isaac volunteered support and provided service to customers in the South Plainfield branch this year.  We are very lucky and appreciative to have him as a part of our team.”
