Darnell Jennings | A CDL B with Class-A Attitude
Darnell Jennings is one of our very essential Bulk/Cylinder Delivery Drivers who works out of the Waterbury, CT facility and reports to Jarett Forzano, Area Manager. Jeff Palen, General Manager – Northeast Region wanted to nominate Darnell for this December’s spotlight. Darnell is responsible for, and recognized as an employee who provides first-class customer satisfaction on his BBQ and Bulk deliveries and to his team. Both Jeff and Jarett attest to Darnell’s exceptional performance, stating “Darnell is the go-to guy for all needs. No matter what route type is given, he never complains and he gives 110%. Darnell will train people when needed, and pick up additional stops as well. Above all, he is a TEAM player.”
Jarett shared additional gratitude, recognizing and asserting “As a new manager to Paraco and the team, Darnell would extend himself to help any time needed. Darnell’s team members call him when they have questions on the electronic end and with any route guidance. They look to him as the lead amongst them.”
Steve Bennett | Driving Deliveries & Success
Steve Bennett is one of our exemplary Bulk Delivery Drivers supporting our South Shore of Mid Island Delivery operations, reporting to Bill Petratos, Logistics/Delivery Area Manager – West Long Island. As with most of our drivers during the winter holiday season, Steve works through long and cold shifts with a heavier than usual customer demand. Steve has been with Paraco 10 years and possesses 16 years in the propane industry. Bill wanted to nominate Steve for many reasons, but specifically because “Steve has been one of the best driver performers out of Bay Shore since I arrived. His desire to ‘scratch the route’, day in and day out, is only rivaled by a dedicated work ethic that we don’t see very often anymore.”
Bill Petratos couldn’t sum it up better than by expressing “As his manager, I can say that Steve has a “drive” second to none, with a great ability to change direction well whenever customers require it or the scope of work needs it. He is passionate in every aspect of his person.”
