October 29th marks Tanya’s 15-year anniversary at Paraco and we’re thrilled to congratulate and celebrate her on this special day! Tanya works at our Saugerties, NY office as Service Dispatcher reporting to Kelly Stafford, NE Service Office Manager.
Of her many responsibilities, Tanya assists in the scheduling and routing of service-related activities. She takes incoming customer calls, checks incoming customer emails, and dispatches to an appropriate technician. Knowledgeable with several software programs, Tanya updates dispatched call spreadsheets, provides assistance to field technicians with site directions and account information, and writes up next-day work orders into Excel spreadsheets. She analyzes tracking reports to verify the completion of work orders, creates daily reports, handles services contracts, and accomplishes a number of other administrative assignments associated with dispatching.
Kelly expressed gratitude for everything Tanya does telling us, “Tanya is a dedicated and important part of our team. She is always willing to step up and help her coworkers with difficult customer situations. She is dependable and hardworking, and is always juggling many things at once. Tanya is such a valued team member and we are happy to have her!”
James Laurey, Northwest Area Manager, has worked closely with Tanya and shared, “Tanya came to the Paraco team through the Kosco acquisition, and since that moment, has taken the roll as Lead Dispatcher. Tanya is a polite, easy-going, passionate employee who deals with a tense and sometimes unrelenting job as a dispatcher. It has been a pleasure working with Tanya and congrats on 15 years!”
