Today, January 21, 2023 we are thrilled to celebrate Linda’s 10-year milestone anniversary in our Paraco family. Linda is a Customer Experience Agent working remotely from Long Island and reporting to Eva Loiodici, Manager of Customer Experience. Over her decade here at Paraco, Linda has developed a robust knowledge of our industry. Linda is known for being dependable, a great team player, and highly proficient at handling customer issues. She addresses our customers and their concerns professionally, and is adept at analyzing incoming calls and proactively offering solutions. Linda is vital to the team with a strong work ethic and respected by her team and customers alike.
