The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and use propane to heat their pool. Paraco employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.

The contest period starts on April 15th and ends on August 15th. Each gallon of propane delivered to a customer's account during the contest period equals one point.

The points earn badges, allowing customers to win prizes.
The following badges can be earned with the purchase of propane from Paraco Gas:

• The Minnow Badge: 400 points (400 gallons);
• The Glider Badge: 800 points (800 gallons);
• The Olympian Badge: 1200 points (1200 gallons)

Customers can earn each badge but are only entered to win the prize of the highest-valued badge on their account.

Prizes will be awarded as follows, but Paraco reserves the right to change them as they see fit:

• The Minnow Badge: 12-month pool heater service contract + Altec Rockbox Speaker
• The Glider Badge: 24-month pool heater service contract + Patio Heater/20lb Tank + 100 Free Gallons
• The Olympian Badge: 24-month pool heater service contract + Propane Pizza Oven/20lb Tank + 200 Free Gallons.

Only one prize will be awarded per email address, household, or account. The customer's pool must be noted on their account for the propane to be eligible for the contest.

Privacy: Paraco will collect personal information from participants solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not share this information with third parties unless required by law.
Participants may opt out of receiving promotional materials from Paraco at any time.

Taxes: The winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other expenses associated with the prize.

The winner will be contacted by phone and email. If the winner cannot be reached within five days from the first attempt of contact, Paraco reserves the right to select another winner randomly. Winners will be announced and posted on paracogas.com and social media.
