Phil Warner

Phil is our Operations Supervisor / Gilbert, PA reporting to Doug Tascarella, Regional Area Manager – NJ, West NY, PA.  Phil’s role is diverse, tasked with ensuring high levels of service to the area’s current and prospective customers, and inspiring his team to performance excellence.  Charged with fostering an efficiency- and safety-first culture, Phil takes ownership of daily operations execution for his area, overseeing the “big picture” — propelling the successful execution and adherence to Paraco standards and policies for all branch processes.  Aspects of this include but are not limited to customer service, plant maintenance and vehicle maintenance.  Importantly, he also provides guidance and mentorship to his employees like riding along with employees and employee training; and he works with Organizational Leadership in building retention programs that assist clear, defined employee career-path advancements.

Phil excels at training front line employees on Paraco’s processes, procedures and safety policies.  He possesses excellent communications skills, provides a high level of customer service, and capably and willingly rolls up his sleeves, jumping in to help his team whenever needed.

Jeff Palen, General Manager – Northeast Region, who nominated Phil to this Spotlight, shared that “Phil is an extremely valued member of the Northeast Region and the leadership team supporting our operations within the NJ, PA, and Western NY geography.  Since joining the Paraco team in October 2021, his contributions and effort have supported each team member along with providing our customers with a best in class experience.  Phil provides strong leadership support and is always willing to make deliveries and/or support installations when needed.  We appreciate his support and leadership!”

Ryan Auchmoody

Ryan is Operations Supervisor – Hudson Valley Area / Saugerties, reporting to Kelly Stafford, Regional Area Manager.  In this role, Ryan is responsible for ensuring high levels of service to our Hudson Valley area, for both current and prospective customers.  Among Ryan’s many varied tasks, he must foster an efficiency- and safety-first culture while taking ownership of daily operations execution for the area he oversees.  This ownership includes customer service, plant maintenance, vehicle maintenance, riding along with employees, and employee training.  It also includes propelling the execution and adherence to Paraco standards and policies for all branch processes.  A large part of Ryan’s job also entails inspiring his team to performance excellence.

Ryan works in direct consultation with Kelly and Organizational Leadership in building retention programs that provide defined career paths for advancement.  He leads all safety meetings, identifies areas of improvement and opportunities, aids in accident and injury investigations and supports upper management in building proactive safety measures.  Ryan’s skill sets are many – to name a few, he is mechanically inclined, has excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and has demonstrated a consistently high level of customer service.
