TWO CHAMPIONS DEMONSTRATING EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE & DEDICATION

Rachael Sniffen | Proven Loyalty & Determination Enhancing Relationships & Success

Rachael sniffen headshotRachael Sniffen works out of the Brewster, NY office as our Energy Consultant, covering the Westchester and Putnam Counties for the Outside Sales team. Reporting to Charles (Charlie) Buonincontri, Director of Sales, Rachael is tasked with growing our customer base and developing new networks within our footprint of the Westchester and Putnam Counties.  Rachael is also responsible for providing continual and seamless customer service support for new and existing customers.

Charlie, who has nominated Rachael for this month’s spotlight, has praised Rachael for her many achievements and contributions to the team, and for Paraco as a whole.  Charlie says, “Rachael has taken her prior knowledge and relationships as a service supervisor, continuing to leverage that to help her grow the business. She stays involved and offers assistance in the many areas outside of Sales to the Operations team, using her experience to help resolve issues. Rachael has shown that she can learn new skills and shift her focus on the tasks in front of her while not disregarding her experiences that help make her an efficient, effective sales professional.”

Andy Mirchin, Director of Market Development and who has worked with Rachael for a long time adds, “Rachael should be very proud of herself and how she has developed over the last 20 years working for Paraco where she has served in several roles from Customer Service, to Service, Credit and now, Sales.  A role model of an employee with a developing career at Paraco, Rachael has shown that with hard work and determination you can succeed in anything you want.”

Charlie has witnessed, and emphatically stated that Rachael can successfully transition from a Sales position while continuing to maintain all the technical and operational aspects of service support. He concluded with, “She has done a tremendous job growing a very important area for Paraco and has proven she is up to the task to take the torch from the previous sales professional we had in that territory for 30+ years. I am looking forward to her long-term success.  Keep up the great work, Rachael!”
