Brian Adler

Brian supports our Riverhead, NY plant as Dock/Yard Associate and reports to Jimmy Leach, Regional Area Manager.  With superior organizational and cleaning skills, Brian works the overnight shift providing meticulous facility maintenance.  A large part of Brian’s job involves keeping the yard clean and organized; particularly, unloading railcars – a task that’s tough during daylight hours but even more so when it’s dark.  He has literally unloaded well over 7,000 rail cars safely!!  Brian communicates extremely well and excels at preventively predicting impending issues especially when it comes to the rail delivery process.  It is no wonder he was the recipient to the Pat Armentano Legacy Award this past 2022.

Jimmy nominated Brian to this Spotlight. With high praise Jimmy said, “Brian is a rare find and we are lucky to have him. He is the consummate professional, dedicated, committed and one of the most reliable people I know. Thank you Brian for being part of the Paraco team.”

Brian prioritizes safety, keeping the Riverhead plant safe and all the drivers in compliance. He is reliable, organized, and handles our internal & external customers with white glove service on a daily basis. His communications skills are impeccable, especially when it comes to the planning & dealing with the railway management team. Brian is an outstanding employee. We are proud and extremely lucky to have him as part of our organization.”

George Ferguson

George is Bulk Delivery Driver supporting the Saugerties, NY region and reporting to Kelly Stafford, Regional Area Manager.  In this role, George makes bulk propane deliveries to both our residential and commercial customers via bulk/bobtail truck, while also providing outstanding customer service and adhering to industry safety standards with safe, punctual, consistent and reliable bulk propane deliveries on a daily basis. Additionally, George performs all necessary leak checks and possesses the mechanical skills needed to make nominal repairs.

Kelly nominated George to this Spotlight sharing with us that, “George is a great asset to our team. In addition to his delivery responsibilities he helps keep our fleet serviced and on the road. I am grateful for his help with getting the trucks scheduled for service and relocated when needed.”

Daniel Scicutella, General Manager of Field Operations echoed Kelly’s comments, further adding “I recall how George is team oriented and very flexible, at one time stepping up to help outside his area by traveling to Long Island and assisting when Long Island was down drivers.  We’re very grateful to have George on our team.”
