Linda Krich

Linda, our Logistics Agent for the Bay Shore, NY office, reports to Bill Petratos, Director of Logistics.  A part of our Paraco family for 10 years now, Linda’s role involves high interaction with multiple departments.  She is tasked with ensuring the successful and timely routing and administration of drivers’ daily activities along with accurate and effective dispatch and account interactions.  Her keen prioritization skills minimize drops and missed stops, and help to control delivery exceptions without risk to staff and customers.  Linda is vital in providing “live”, real-time delivery and dispatch operations.

Bill asked to nominate Linda to this Spotlight and said, “Linda was the first person to sit with me when I first started at Paraco.  She patiently and thoroughly explained the delivery system to me.  It didn’t take long to realize her many talents.  She is not only great at accurate forecasting, but she excels in direct customer interaction and willingly undertakes additional projects as needed. We rely on Linda for new employee training, and she is able to perform almost every function in our Logistics System.”

Jackie Romano, Service Office Manager expressed her gratitude for Linda and was happy to share with us, “I have worked with Linda for many years now. Linda has always been in the delivery department. At one time I was her boss and I could always count on Linda for doing a great job! I think Linda and I have the same values when it comes to work.  Even though Linda and I are in different departments now, we speak almost daily. When Linda or I need a 2nd pair of eyes on an account, we call each other. Linda always wants the best for a customer!  She is definitely a star employee!!!”

Rick Hendrickson

Rick, one of our great Bulk Delivery Drivers supporting our Riverhead, NY location reports to Jimmy Leach, Regional Area Manager.  Rick is known for having an admirable work ethic.  He works in all weather and driving conditions, and with a customer-centric and safety-first mentality.  Rick’s busy day includes bringing his customers their fuel on time, providing superior customer service with an efficient and courteous manner, keeping up with all required Hazmat endorsements, maintaining a clean and safe driving record, and performing regular vehicle and equipment inspections.

Jimmy Leach, Long Island Service Director, nominated Rick to this Spotlight and told us, “Rick is an all-around solid guy. Never a complaint and never an excuse.  He’s one of those guys that you can always count on being there and never have to worry about getting his work completed. Paraco and the Riverhead team are very lucky to have Rick here with us. He is “Mr. Reliable”.

JR Tirado, Area Manager Bay Shore, was previously Riverhead’s Area Manager and told us, “Rick has a strong work ethic.  He performs his tasks professionally, is respectful of customers and peers alike, is accountable, dependable and dedicated.  Riverhead is lucky to have him on the team.”
