Today, February 10, 2024 we are thrilled to celebrate Christopher Ng on his 10-Year Anniversary in our Paraco family!
In the role of Customer Experience Agent, Christopher (Chris) is vital to our customers and organization, and he reports remotely to Eva Loiodici, Manager of Customer Experience. Chris’s role is demanding, handling numerous incoming calls and fully focused on making sure our customers are satisfied with help on a multitude of scenarios. He is always pleasant and addresses customers’ concerns calmly and professionally, offering proactive solutions whenever possible, and providing timely follow up as needed. Chris is a solid team player working in a team-based environment, engaging proactively with both clients and employees throughout the organization.
With thanks for all of Chris’s contributions to the team, Eva shared “Chris is extremely reliable and punctual, and he has a great work ethic. He has proven to be adaptable throughout the necessary changes implemented over the years due to our organizational growth. Chris is diligent in his follow- through with customers, and often selected for special outbound calling projects. He openly welcomes coaching and constructive feedback to help maintain his success. He has a great, upbeat attitude and works well with his teammates and management. It’s been a pleasure working with Chris all these years.
