Bill’s reputation of fostering excellence in service, efficiency and safety precedes him. Reporting to Will Fabrizio, General Manager – Centralized Operations, Bill serves as Director of Logistics, driving customer satisfaction through the ownership and daily execution of companywide logistics, including forecasting, routing, and dispatching. Owning the implementation and adherence to all branch process standards, Bill also leads our teams of front-line drivers and dock employees working at our Bay Shore, NY location. He uses his refined coaching and employee development skills, committed to Paraco’s goal of world-class leadership in safety and responsibility. Bill is an experienced, knowledgeable professional in Operations, Logistics and Customer Service. With an effective background and skills that allow him to partake in direct consultation with HR, Logistics, Operations, and Organizational Leadership, he works to build retention programs, safety policy compliance and measures, and facilities management.
