A very Happy 10-Year Anniversary shout out to Scott this February 4th, 2023!
Scott is an Operations Process Manager reporting to William Fabrizio, General Manager of Centralized Operations and working from our Saugerties, NY office. Scott has diverse talents. He has creative vision and is a strong team player with robust organizational and time management skills; talents that bring him success in organizing, leading and executing multiple company projects directly related to improving the quality of key operational performance indicators and business process models.
Scott also handles the design, implementation and improvement of company quality standards for customer account administration encompassing post-project evaluation; identifying successful methods along with those that require modification; making recommendations for new hires and consultants; and creating project structures that include ROIs, scope of work entailed, timelines and improvement measures. Last but not least, Scott has excellent interpersonal and communications skills enabling him to effectively train, coach and mentor team members.
Appreciating all of Scott’s contributions, Bill told us, “In my years at Paraco Gas, Scott has always been a valuable resource for the delivery team. The position Scott is in is truly in his wheelhouse of knowledge. Over the past year as my direct report, the information and report generation Scott has brought to our department takes advantage of our technology and brings us to the next level. He has assisted and originated many projects that affect our overall performance. It is very important to share that Scott also has the ability to cross over departments, and bring forward very good SOPs and procedures for us.”
