Celebrating Michael Whalen’s 15-Year Milestone Anniversary!

On this February 21^st we’re excited to celebrate and congratulate Mike on his amazing 15-year milestone anniversary!

Mike, our Mount Vernon, New York’s Operations Supervisor reports to Frank Carlone, Area Manager.  Mike started his Paraco career out of the Mount Vernon facility as a dock worker filling cylinders and loading trucks.  Frank told us Mike obtained his CDL about a year later, turning into an excellent cylinder truck driver.  Some years later, Mike expressed interest in becoming part of the Management team. Working his way up, Mike became the dock supervisor, then was promoted to weekend supervisor; then dispatcher and router to better handle all Home Depot BBQ accounts.

Frank expressed gratitude for all Mike does for the team, stating “Mike assists me during the week, doing an excellent Job handling all our deliveries and routing using the Roadnet program. Mike is a valued asset and well-liked by the entire Mount Vernon Team. Thank you, Mike!”
