Joelle supports our Saugerties, NY area service team as Service Biller and reports to Rachel Pink, Northeast Service Office Manager. Joelle is responsible for making sure the work our Service Technicians perform is billed out timely, accurately and clearly so our customers understand the scope of the work performed and exactly what they are being charged for. Her keen eye for detail, and her extensive experience and knowledge in the energy industry make her a valuable asset to the team and our customers.
Rachel had many words of praise for Joelle and expressed her gratitude, telling us “Joelle is a wonderful part of our Northeast Service Billing team. I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Joelle throughout recent years and am always impressed by her extensive industry knowledge and her willingness to share that knowledge with her peers, helping them further grow and develop. Joelle shares her thoughts and ideas, and can always be counted on to help seek out better ways to work and increase efficiencies, providing a better experience for both our customers and employees.”
