A very happy work anniversary shout out to Joann who celebrates her 15-year work anniversary today, September 15, 2023!
Joann is our Pricing Administrator. She works at Paraco’s Saugerties, NY location and reports to Scott Guglietta, Business Intelligence Manager. Joann is primarily responsible for Paraco’s pricing format structure, addressing daily price changes along with large pricing projects including how our pricing is administered. Joann oversees an extremely complex environment with expiring fixed-price contracts and working with the Sales team to coordinate smooth transitions, ensuring the highest retention levels possible. As part of the Operations umbrella, Joann regularly supports the Regional Managers, the Inside and Outside Sales reps, and the Sales Managers.
Megan Carr, Director – Logistics and Business Intelligence, who has worked closely with Joann for many years, told us “Always willing to help, learn and share knowledge with her colleagues at any level, Joann truly embodies what it means to be a team player. She is reliable, dedicated, and constantly looking out for what’s mutually best between Paraco and the customer. I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside her over the years.”
