This August 25, 2023 is Jamie’s 15-year work anniversary, a special milestone we are super happy to help her celebrate!
Jamie is an important part of our North East Service Billing team, working out of our Saugerties, NY location and reporting to Rachel Pink- NE Service Office Manager. In her role, Jamie ensures that our customers are being billed for any service work completed accurately and in a timely fashion. Her keen eye for detail and inquisitive nature help her quickly decipher complex issues and offer solutions to provide a better overall experience for our customers.
Rachel told us, “Jamie is dedicated, hardworking and always willing to lend a helping hand. She can always be counted on to offer assistance to her peers if they have questions or issues; she uses her years of industry experience and knowledge to help her teammates grow and develop, ensuring they are better able to provide our customers with the best in class service they have come to expect while working with Paraco.”
