Congratulations to Debra (Debbie) on her 10-year work anniversary today, November 6, 2023!
Debbie works out of our Shirley, NY office as Inside Sales Representative, reporting to Ben Modeen, Director of Sales. Her role is multifaceted, with the primary goal of signing up new residential, upselling Paraco’s products and services, and staying connected with our existing customers. She also supports the Outside Sales team by qualifying leads and setting up appointments for the reps in the field. Debbie builds meaningful and strong relationships with our customers. She is a valued member of our organization and a very loyal, personable and hard working employee.
With gratitude for Debbie, Ben shared that, “Some of the first calls I listened to when I began managing Inside Sales in 2018 were Debbie’s. I remember listening and being surprised because it sounded like she was having conversations with a dear friend versus a stranger calling about propane. Her ability to get customers to genuinely like her within just a few minutes has led to countless compliments from customers about their experience. This talent along with her desire to have a good time at work while still maintaining a high level of competition with her peers has led Debbie to be consistently near the top of the Inside Sales team every year.”
