Chefs of the North Fork debuts on Saturday, July 7th at The Halyard at Sound View Greenport, 58775 County Road 48 in Greenport, NY. This new event will celebrate North Fork cuisine honoring North Fork Table & Inn owner, Claudia Fleming who is considered the “mother of dining out on the North Fork” and recognized as a James Beard Foundation Award Winner for Outstanding Pastry Chef.
Guests will enjoy an intimate, five-course seated dinner featuring a lineup of acclaimed chefs on the North Fork, with local restaurant favorites including American Beech, Peconic Escargot, Oyster Pond Shellfish, Grace & Grit, and North Fork Table & Inn.
In gratitude of its sponsorship, Paraco has been presented with a VIP invitation to this small, exclusive dinner. A $150 ticket grants access to the cocktail hour from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM and dinner from 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM (21+ to attend).
