Our continued success will be driven by hiring the “best of the best” candidates as we have done in the past. We have great confidence if an existing employee refers a candidate so we’re looking to you to help us grow!

The Referral Award Program To encourage the greatest number of employee referrals, Paraco has created the “Referral Award Program”. The referral award for all of our open full-time Driver positions is $2,000 and for all of our open full-time positions, it is $1,000 for each referral candidate that is hired. Paraco is always looking for quality candidates within all of our divisions.
