Earlier this month, our Sales team gathered at the Tarrytown Marriott for Paraco’s annual Sales Conference for a full day of collaboration, learning, and looking ahead to another exciting year. The event brought together our Inside and Outside Sales teams, along with Marketing and Operations leaders, to align on goals and celebrate the incredible work happening across the company.
“This was one of my favorite sales meetings yet! The energy, collaboration, and engagement in the room were outstanding,” said Christina Armentano, COO of Paraco. “When Sales, Marketing, and Operations come together like this, it reminds us what makes Paraco special. We’re one team, united by purpose and passion.”
This year’s conference focused on our FY2026 priorities: building stronger customer relationships, using data and technology to work smarter, and continuing to deliver exceptional service across every department. The conversations were lively and forward-looking, filled with great ideas about how to enhance the customer experience, streamline our processes, and uncover new growth opportunities.
“This conference gave us a chance to step back, share what’s working, and challenge ourselves to keep raising the bar,” said Andy Mirchin, who helped plan the event and was also recognized for his 41 years of dedicated service to Paraco.
We also took time to celebrate a few standout team members:
- Joe Intravaia and Stephanie Tuomey were named the 2025 OSR and ISR Award winners for their outstanding performance and customer-first approach.
- A special thank-you went out to Marge Milligan for her continued leadership and support of the Inside Sales team.
“Inside Sales plays such an important role in connecting with customers every day,” said Marge. “I’m so proud of how this team continues to deliver excellence and build trust.”
As we look to the year ahead, the energy and inspiration from this conference will continue to fuel our momentum.
